Ideally I need something in the realm of 67cm. I've not once, that I can recall, had a customer return this for an issue with the lifting mechanism in that entire time (outside of assembly issues). They're a good and very popular product.Hello, I am considering a purchase of a TROTTEN sit/stand desk. Dimensions seems perfect for my needs, but I am kinda afraid of a manual lifting mechanism. Does anybody has this desk and can tell that this mechanism works smooth and is not going to break after a month or two?

The table top has plastic parts that accept the bolts, there are specifically aligned holes for the crank holder to be drilled into. I tried it and it did not work out and now I will be driving back to Ikea and getting the TROTTEN top.I m planning to buy a computer desk which I will be putting the CPU on top of the table as well.
