If you do you're research you may find the issue and resolve it by connecting the wire in the right designated area. But that's just a theory!

For me, I've found the best way to do it is to hold the cart up to my lips and simply inhale for 3-4 seconds, just like I'm taking in a nice deep breath without inhaling a cart.
