Why can’t I find a basilisk in lost island. Took me a while too.. Look for a pile of rubble with their tail sticking out. I find mine on the northern end of the eastern volcano off of a cliff. Jun 20, 2022 · The basilisk is an uncommon species on the Lost Island, so I thought I’d share some of the places where I’ve seen them spawn. Of course, they aren’t guaranteed to spawn there, but it may assist you in your hunt. The hunt for the basilisk on the Lost Island is crucial since you’ll need their scales as a tribute to summon the boss to fight. Green and red gems are a fairly rare resource within the Lost Island. Green gems can be used to make things like the climbing pick, basilisk saddle, glow stick, and gasoline. Red gems create the charge lantern, gas collector, and Tek railgun. However, players can find a few deposits of this gem across the northern side of the map.
